What is my hat size?
If you’re in the market for a new hat, it’s important to know your hat size to ensure a comfortable and proper fit. Using this Hat Sizing Chart and measuring your head is a simple process that can be done with just a measuring tape. By taking the time to confirm your hat size before placing an order, you can avoid the hassle of unnecessary returns.
Items needed to obtain hat size:
- Measuring tape (you will need a cloth measuring tape)
- Paper, Smart phone or computer ( to write down your size)
Once you are ready to measure. Please follow the steps below.
- On the crown of your head find the widest point from the front to the back. At the back of your head it should be right where you feel an increase of your skull. At the front of your head this should be about 1 inch above your eyebrows.
- Grab your measuring tape and place it around these two points around your head. Do not pull to tight on the measuring tape otherwise your hat will be just as tight and uncomfortable. The tape measure should be right at about half of an inch above your ears.
- Write down your size
